When you have placed you order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with you order confirmation, if you do not get this confirmation please send us an e-mail and we will send you a copy of your order confirmation.
Once we have shipped your order you will receive your invoice by e-mail.
Prices:
All prices listed on OrganicDreams.eu are stated in EURO's, including French tax, customs, etc.
If you order from another EU country you pay French Tax but no duty under the free movement of goods between the EU countries.
Responsibility:
OrganicDreams.eu is not responsible for any delays at the post office. We are not responsible for any consequences from the use of goods and services on our website. OrganicDreams.eu is at any time under the laws and regulations on product liability in France and the EU.
Reservations:
OrganicDreams.eu takes reservations for sold out products, prices and typographical errors and also notes that it may be difficult to reproduce colors correctly on the pictures, and prices can change without notice.
We also do not accept responsibility for any kind of malfunction of the system.
Delivery time:
Your goods will under normal circumstances be packed and shipped within 1 to 3 weekdays after we receive your order. We do not send on weekends and national holidays.
Transport time depends on which country you live in, France about 1-4 weekdays and Europe 4-6 days.
It is your responsibility to pick up the package at the post office before the closing deadline.
It is possible to choose a different shipping address than your home address. You can receive your package at your workplace or send as a gift.
Delivery:
Packages are shipped with La Poste France and you pay the shipping charges.
Prices to send within France is 7,17 € and other EU countries 15,55 €.
For France: If you buy for 80 € or more it will be send to you free of charge.
For other EU countries: If you buy for 99 € or more it will be send to you free of charge.
Uncollected packages:
If OrganicDreams.eu receives your package returned due to insufficient address information, or if the package has not been picked up from the post office before closing deadline, or the package was refused by you, OrganicDreams.eu does not send your order back to you automatically. You will get an inquiry from us by e-mail, and if you do not respond within 10 days, the order will automatically be credited and the amount (minus shipping charges), will be returned to your account.
If you have used one of our offers and got your products sent without paying for the shipping charges, you will not be refunded the total amount. We will deduct shipping charges from the total amount.
For all purchases returned to us we will deduct 10% of the total amount in administrative fee. The 10% does not concern your 7 days right to return, see Returning.
If you want the package forwarding again, you will need to contact us within the 7 days and you will have to pay the shipping charges.

At OrganicDreams.eu you have the option to pay with the following:
CB, Visa, MasterCard.
Once we have shipped your order you will receive your invoice by e-mail and we will subtract the amount from your account.There can never be drawn a larger amount than you approve of the purchase.
All prices on OrganicDreams.eu is in Euros & included French Tax.

The data you send in connection with your purchases paid with credit cards is encrypted (SSL – Secure Socket Layer).
Returning:
Important Information:
Returns. You have 7 days right of return of the products from the day you receive your products.
To use your right to return purchased products you must return your purchased products within 7 days of receiving it.
If you decide to return your purchased items, it is important that you contact us first via email: serviceclients@organicdreams.eu.
If you return purchased products without first contacting us and without approval from OrganicDreams.eu, we will reject your returned products and you will not get your money refunded and you will also need to pay the shipping charges to get the products sent back to you.
When you contact us please include your invoice number in the e-mail and why you want to return the products.
IMPORTANT! Products can ONLY be returned if they are in the original packaging and undamaged. That means that the packaging and the product must not have been opened for. The products are in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. By returning the products you must include a copy of your invoice and a copy of the e-mail from us where we approve of the returning of the products.
